Terms & Conditions – takabd Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takabd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at takabd.ws. These Terms govern all access to and use of the takabd platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and customer support interactions.

Where duplicate accounts are detected, takabd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.

Your takabd account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using the takabd platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate any game, bonus system, or payment process.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions
